1. Scope of Services

Our travel babysitting services provide temporary childcare support during domestic and international trips. Services are offered at pre-arranged locations such as hotels, vacation rentals, resorts, or private residences.

2. Caregiver Standards

– All Hapia babysitters are trained professionals with verified backgrounds and experience in childcare.
– Each caregiver receives a detailed briefing for every assignment, including location details, childcare routines, and emergency protocols.
– Babysitters must uphold strict discretion and professional conduct throughout the service.

3. Privacy & Confidentiality

– All personal and travel-related information shared by clients is kept strictly confidential.
– Babysitters are prohibited from disclosing client or child-related information to third parties without written consent.
– No photos or video recordings of children will be taken or shared without explicit, written permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Safety & Health Protocols

– Caregivers adhere to safety guidelines aligned with local laws and internal company standards.
– Parents/guardians must provide emergency contact information and relevant medical details in advance.
– Babysitters are not authorized to administer medication unless written permission is provided beforehand.

5. Insurance & Liability

– Hapia maintains appropriate liability insurance for travel babysitting services.
– Clients are advised to have personal travel insurance that covers childcare-related situations.
– The company is not liable for personal property loss or damage during service hours unless proven negligent.

6. Professional Conduct & Boundaries

– Babysitters are not permitted to leave the assigned location with a child without prior written consent from the client.
– Smoking, alcohol consumption, and use of personal devices for non-emergency purposes during service hours are strictly prohibited.
– Babysitters will observe household rules and cultural practices communicated by the client.

7. Client Responsibilities

– Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their child’s needs, routines, allergies, and behavioral considerations.
– If overnight stays are required, clients must ensure the babysitter’s accommodation is safe and comfortable.
– Travel-related costs for the babysitter (e.g., transportation, accommodation) are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

8. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time. Clients will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
